The future of Lakewood Ranch is being redefined by new villages such as Arbor Grande, a residential project by CalAtlantic Homes that started in late 2016. For this particular builder, the Arbor Grande village is a pilot project that will lead to further development in Lakewood Ranch.

CalAtlantic selected 10 floor plans to develop the 305 residences of Arbor Grande. If you are in the market for a spacious property, Arbor Grande is certainly for you; this is a neighborhood where even the attached villas offer nearly 2,000 square feet of interior space.

Each floor plan at Arbor Grande comes with three architectural design options: European cottage, Mediterranean and Spanish colonial.
