In March 2018, the National Association of Realtors published a list of 10 American housing markets comfortably flying under the radar. Spokane in Washington topped the list, followed by three Florida markets, including North Port.
The criteria applied by NAR researchers to come up with the list included local job market performance, business growth, online searches by Millennial home buyers, and attractions. Based on these factors, it is not surprising to find North Port on the list.
