Since this community is built like an enclave, the lots tend to be smaller, but there is still plenty of privacy and safety for families with young children. In the neighborhood center of Grand Oaks, residents and guests will find a heated swimming pool, an elegant clubhouse with a kitchen that can be reserved for social events, a fire pit, grilling area, and a spa. When you are ready for more entertainment, the beach is less than 15 minutes away on Venice Avenue, and you also have the Pelican Pointe Golf Club nearby. The Jacaranda Commons shopping center is a few minutes to the east, and this is where you can find a Publix supermarket and a CVS Pharmacy; a Winn Dixie supermarket is just a few minutes south on Jacaranda Boulevard.
