The lot sizes are generous and feature tropical landscaping. You have to see the level of detail that DiVosta builds into every home; some models at Hammock Preserve have breakfast nooks, panoramic windows, wet bars, gourmet kitchens, and expanded covered lanais. Prices start at $300K, but they will likely appreciate very quickly in 2018.
Hammock Preserve is a neighborhood packed with amenities. The heart of the community is the resort-style swimming pool, clubhouse and fitness center. Next to these facilities you will find a spa, tennis courts, a fire pit, a picnic area for grilling, pickleball courts, and even a dog park. All these amenities will certainly appeal to senior citizens in search of an active lifestyle community, but Hammock Preserve is open to residents of all ages.
The suburban comforts of dining, shopping and entertainment can be found just down the road in the Plaza at Palmer Ranch commercial district. The nearest beach is located in Casey Key, about a 20-minute drive from Hammock Preserve.
