Originally from Ohio, he graduated from the University of Toledo with a BS in Business Management, which provided a strong foundation in business principles, leadership, and strategic decision-making. Josh’s career began as a field technician at Nortel Networks, and after an economic downturn, he transitioned to a sales role in the construction products industry, gaining exposure to home improvement and restoration.
His interest in technology led him to earn certifications in computer repair, network installation, and maintenance, followed by certifications in HTML, CSS, and SEO. During this time, Josh helped his wife, Wendy, who is a Realtor, grow her business through online marketing, deepening his appreciation for her work and the impact it has on clients, especially in Florida.
Josh enjoys showing homes with Wendy, ensuring essential steps like home inspections and pest control are completed before closing. He is particularly fascinated by the advanced housing market in Southwest Florida, with its focus on master-planned communities, nature conservation, and energy-efficient homes, which enhance quality of life in local neighborhoods.
Josh holds his real estate license in referral status and continues his education to stay informed in the dynamic real estate market.
