Excellent Realtor! Highly Recommend!

Highly recommend Wendy for your real estate needs! She made the process smooth and her knowledge of the market got my house sold quickly! She is proactive and always keeps the line of communication open and didn’t make me feel bad for maybe asking one too many silly questions. She helped me not only sell my house, but buy a new property as well!

5th Time!!!

We have worked with Wendy Lynn five times now, beginning in 2011. There's never a question in our minds NOT to work with her. Each and every time our experience has been 5 Stars all the way. On our recent sale, she stepped in and helped us to arrange for a person to make the few repairs requested by the buyer and also cleaners. We had a strategy to get the condo on the market in hopes of attracting a seasonal resident and this is exactly what happened. The property was listed on January 7th and we received a full price offer the next day! Thanks Wendy!!!!

A highly professional, efficient, and streamlined experience when purchasing my home

The purchase of this home was an extremely positive experience. While I was based in Texas throughout the process, Wendy and her team delivered the best home buying experience I’ve ever had. Her process is streamlined, her team is efficient and professional, and every action item was complete completed ahead of schedule. I was provided with an excellent network of referrals for inspections and services, all of which performed exceptionally well, and we were even able to close a week early. To say that Wendy and her team are exceptional is truly an understatement.
