More than 35 acres at Mallory Park have been set aside as nature preserves and walking trails that surround the 435 residences of this village.

To get to Bradenton, Sarasota and the beaches of Siesta Key, Mallory Park residents only need to drive about 30 minutes. This is clearly the best real estate investment option in Lakewood Ranch for 2018. Sales have been brisk even before completion of the amenities center, and they will likely speed up in the next few months.
