As one of the lead developers in the West Villages, M/I Homes is making Oasis a flagship community. With just 150 single-family residences ranging between 2,370 and 4,000 square feet of interior, M/I Homes is emphasizing curb appeal, comfort, and a diversity of architectural styles that include Caribbean, Tuscan, Mediterranean, Coastal, and even American Craftsman designs. Prices for new homes in August 2020 started at just $465K for a four-bedroom property with four bathrooms. Value appreciation is virtually guaranteed in the West Villages.
Similar to other new communities in the West Villages, Oasis has a top-notch amenity center with a swimming pool, clubhouse, pickle ball courts, and nature trails that run along ponds and connect the neighborhood to Blue Heron Park, where you can find picnic areas and a dog park. For more outdoors activity, you can choose between the Myakka River State Park just to the north or the Myakka State Forest to the south. Venice Beach is just 10 miles to the west, but you may find Caspersen Beach easier to drive to and more pristine.
