The coziest properties at Vicenza are priced around $250K for pre-construction contracts, but you can certainly count on fast value appreciation for this and all Neal Communities projects in Venice. This is a neighborhood where residents will be able to enjoy a resort-style swimming pool, a fitness center, a clubhouse for entertaining guests, bocce ball, pickle ball courts, and a dog park. The Jacaranda Commons shopping center, which is a five-minute drive away, features a Publix supermarket, CVS Pharmacy, gourmet coffee shop, Mexican grill, and a British Pub. When you want to spend the day at the beach, East Venice Road will let you get there in about 20 minutes.
