The amenities will include a swimming pool with a clubhouse designed like a Caribbean resort. A fitness center, spa, and green areas for family picnics are also planned for this community.
As of late 2019, pricing at Watercolor Place will start around $350K, but property values are bound to increase rapidly because of the innovative floor plans selected by Medallion Home. This builder is moving away from the traditional Mediterranean revival style and introducing floor plans that favor the American Coastal and Caribbean designs.
To get the most out of your property acquisition experience at Watercolor Place, you should sign a purchase contract as soon as possible and start working with a local Realtor and Medallion Home to customize your home, which should be ready to occupy in 2020. With easy access to the Publix supermarkets at Lakewood Ranch Gateway and Rivers Edge, this neighborhood will likely be in high demand, particularly since it also offers a 40-minute drive to the beach.
