Being located close to golf courses and Venice Beach make Waterside Village irresistible to seasonal residents seeking a maintenance-free lifestyle.

All the comforts of suburban life are located just a couple of minutes north from the Waterside Village gate: The Jacaranda Commons shopping center offers a hardware store, a bank, a CVS Pharmacy, Publix supermarket, Mexican grill, gourmet coffee shop, and a British pub. You can also drive south to find a Winn Dixie supermarket and medical clinics along Center Road. All in all, Waterside Village offers plenty of value to smart home buyers in 2021.
