Woodlands is a residential project that began construction in 2020. Some of the family-friendly attractions located just beyond the Woodlands gate include the Sleeping Turtles Preserve and Myakka River State Park. The beaches of Venice and Nokomis are about seven miles away. Your best bet for shopping is located a couple of miles south at the Jacaranda Commons shopping plaza, where you will find a Publix supermarket, CVS Pharmacy, UPS Store, restaurants, and more.
