In 2019, development in the town of Parrish, located a few miles east of the Bradenton city limits, is beginning to resemble what Lakewood Ranch went through a couple of decades ago; however, Parrish is growing in a more organic manner thanks to the vision of home builders such as Lennar and Ryland Homes, developers of the Copperstone gated community.

The neighborhood amenities at Copperstone give families even more reasons to include this neighborhood on their house hunting list. There are two swimming pools and a clubhouse for residents and guests to enjoy; there is also a modern exercise room, a playground, picnic areas, nature trails, and sports courts for playing tennis as well as basketball. Homeowners association fees are reasonable when taking into consideration all the amenities, manicured landscaping and security.
Copperstone is located near Beker State Park and Lake Parrish. The nearest shopping center, The Shops at Silver Leaf, is a 10-minute drive. Parkwood Square, located less than 15 minutes away, features even more shops and a new Publix supermarket. The beaches of Anna Maria Island are about 45 minutes away, close enough to visit every weekend.
