Pricing in Silverleaf starts at $229K for a two-bedroom home with two full bathrooms. A four-bedroom home with two bathrooms was listed under $313K in February 2018. All homes have covered lanais to enjoy views of the lakes or nature preserve. Before the bridge was completed, this section of Manatee County felt a bit isolated; that is no longer the case since residents can drive across the Manatee River and reach Lakewood Ranch in minutes.
