The most exciting news coming out of Lakewood Ranch in 2018 involve the southwestern quadrant of this master-planned development, where three luxury home developers have started work on Waterside, a new concept in waterfront living.

Waterside at Lakewood Ranch is located south of University Parkway, just a few miles east of Nathan Benderson Park near I-75. There are more than 20 miles of shoreline at Waterside, which means that many of the homes have gorgeous views of the lakes. One of the most spectacular models completed in 2018 by Lee Wetherington is the Fairwater, a three-bedroom and three-bathroom luxury estate that offers nearly 3,900 square feet of living space.
