By 2023, this pleasant neighborhood will have its own shopping center anchored by the aforementioned Publix; developers expect that the rest of the amenities, which include a swimming pool plus a recreation center and playground, should be completed in the next few months.
When you consider that median home prices in Bradenton have already shot past $400K in 2022, buying a Riverfield townhouse makes perfect sense. Brand-new units were listing for less than $300K during the summer, and they were highly expected to continue appreciating in value thanks to the ongoing construction of a State College of Florida campus within North River Ranch.
