Riverfield at North River Ranch in Parrish : Townhouses for Sale

Over the last couple of years, the east Manatee County region has become one of the most ideal spots for house hunters to find new construction opportunities, particularly in Parrish, an Old Florida town that has been transformed into a highly desirable place to live. North River Ranch is an exciting master-planned development under construction in Parrish, and this is where Neal Communities and other builders are working on Riverfield.

The history of Riverfield dates back to the year 2006, when it was I’m going to be developed as Morgan Glen. The real estate downturn of 2008 did away with those plans, and the project would eventually become part of North River Ranch in 2021. As of July 2022, construction at Riverfield was focused on new townhouses and a new Publix supermarket complete with a liquor store and drive-thru pharmacy. In the near future, David Weekly Homes will be adding single-family residences, but for the time being Neal Communities is delivering three-bedroom townhouses with at least 1,790 square feet of interior.

Riverfield at North River Ranch is located just west of the Florida Railroad Museum and Ola Mae Sims Park, not far from the main commercial district of Parrish. From this location, you can drive to Downtown Bradenton in about 20 minutes, and to Holmes Beach in less than 45. By 2023, this pleasant neighborhood will have its own shopping center anchored by the aforementioned Publix; developers expect that the rest of the amenities, which include a swimming pool plus a recreation center and playground, should be completed in the next few months.

When you consider that median home prices in Bradenton have already shot past $400K in 2022, buying a Riverfield townhouse makes perfect sense. Brand-new units were listing for less than $300K during the summer, and they were highly expected to continue appreciating in value thanks to the ongoing construction of a State College of Florida campus within North River Ranch. Smart property investors should keep an eye on Riverfield, especially when single-family homes start being delivered later this year.
