This is a neighborhood that will appeal to home buyers who are looking for larger floor plans with luxurious extras at prices that are more affordable than similar properties closer to Bradenton.

Both Lennar and Meritage Homes have received Parade of Homes awards for properties they have completed in Savanna. In the case of Meritage Homes, the honored floor plan is the four-bedroom Majestic, a two-level model that offers more than 3,000 square feet of living space and the distinction of being nearly 100 percent energy efficient. Lennar’s Liberation floor plan is a NextGen model, which means that it can be enjoyed by large families who need private quarters for extended relatives.

Pricing at Savanna started under $342K in 2018 for a 2,074 square feet home with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and extras such as a covered lanai, designer kitchen with five burners, crown molding, and quartz counter tops.

Savanna is a gated community with lots of neighborhood amenities. Residents and their guests can enjoy a swimming pool, modern gym, clubhouse, picnic area, playground, and dog park. This neighborhood is located in a section of Lakewood Ranch that is expected to grow very quickly over the next few years. Of special note is an upcoming shopping center, the Green at Lakewood Ranch, which will be anchored by Earth Fare, an organic goods supermarket. A large L.A. Fitness is also expected to open soon.
