There are two sections in this community. Silverstone North can be entered from 36th Avenue East, and it is not far from Sugar Mills Lakes Park; you are more likely to find homes with water views than in Silverstone South, which offers easy access to I-75. In this peaceful part of town, you do not have to worry about excessive traffic noise or population density.
Silverstone stands out as being one of the few Manatee County communities where you can find a four-bedroom home completed in 2021 listed for less than $330K. If you need more space, a five-bedroom property with three full bathrooms and 2,601 square feet of interior can be negotiated for less than $397K. Please note that median home prices closer to Bradenton broke the $400K level in the summer of 2021; being able to purchase a new D.R. Horton home for tens of thousands less is an opportunity you should not pass up, especially when you take into account extras such as granite counters, gourmet kitchens, energy-efficient appliances, and smart home automation in some models.
Similar to the Lakewood Ranch villages designed by D.R. Horton, Silverstone has plenty of family-friendly amenities such as a playground, swimming pool with cabanas, recreation center, biking trails, and even a dog park. Your beach recreation choices for the weekend are Anna Maria Island and St. Petersburg, which are less than 40 minutes away. When you are ready for shopping, the Ellenton Premium Outlets are just down the road, and supermarkets such as ALDI and Publix are closer to downtown Palmetto.
