Trevesta in Palmetto, is a master-planned development undergoing construction north of Ellenton; it is located about a mile southeast of the I-275 interchange and on the shores of Lake Trevesta. Aside from living in a quiet part of town close to two major highways, residents are also just a short drive away from the Fort Hamer county park, which features a boat ramp with access to the Manatee River. Trevesta is also surrounded by golf courses and family attractions such as Rick Davis Stables and the Ellenton Ice and Sports Complex.

Since Trevesta is still in its initial phases of development, prices are extremely reasonable but are also appreciating very fast. This master-planned development could one day become the Lakewood Ranch of northern Manatee County, and this is something that real estate investors should keep in mind.
