If you need more space, you can find three-bedroom properties listed for less than $340K.

Driving west on Center Road will take you to the beaches of Venice in less than 20 minutes; you can choose between Caspersen Beach to the south and Venice Beach to the north. A Winn-Dixie supermarket is just six minutes away from the entrance, but you will find more shopping options at the Jacaranda Commons plaza less than 10 minutes away.
