The architectural style throughout Lakeridge Falls is Mediterranean revival, and the tropical landscaping is maintained to manicured perfection.
All floor plans at Lakeridge Falls offer plenty of living space; even the coziest two-bedroom villas provide more than 1,500 square feet of interior. In a three-bedroom home with two full bathrooms, you can expect to find more than 1,700 square feet under air conditioning. Many of the properties here enjoy lake and forest views, and some have extras such as covered lanais, breakfast nooks and walk-in showers. Pricing in late 2018 starts under $268K.
The numerous amenities at Lakeridge Falls start with a resort-style swimming pool and a large clubhouse with a gym, social lounges, billiards room, and fitness center. A picnic area is located near a forest preserve in the center of the neighborhood, and this is where many residents participate in barbecues and social events. Neighborhood parties are held at the clubhouse each month; arts and crafts classes take place every week, and card games can be enjoyed almost every night.
Lakeridge Falls residents who live near the south entrance have a range of suburban comforts within walking distance: Panera Bread, Smashburger, a Walmart, and the Publix supermarket at University Parkway. For even more shopping, The Mall at University Town Center is about five miles to the east. Driving to the beach at Siesta Key takes about 25 minutes.
