In May 2019, a three-bedroom home with three bathrooms was listed for $383K.
Neighborhood amenities in Ashton Pointe include a few lakes, green areas and a community playground. The homes are arranged along cul-de-sac streets, some enjoy lake views while others are adjacent to greenbelt areas. Families do not have to drive far to enjoy local parks; Twin Lakes Park is just east of I-75 on Clark Road. The Red Bug Slough Preserve, Bee Ridge Park and Urfer Family Park are also nearby. For more family fun, Livingston’s Amusement Center is just down the road, and Siesta Key Beach is close enough to visit on a daily basis. As for suburban comforts, Ashton Pointe is just a few blocks away from the Clark Road shopping district, which features restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and many stores.
