Large homes with four bedrooms and 2,467 square feet of interior can be negotiated under $465K.

Since University Place is a fairly large neighborhood, the amenities are split into two areas that feature heated swimming pools, a splash area for children, tennis courts, fitness centers, and clubhouses. You can explore the green spaces and hammocks by means of two interconnected nature trails, and there is also a large playground for children. For all the convenience that University Place homeowners enjoy, the homeowners association fees are very reasonable.

Finally, living at University Place means never having to worry about driving too far for shopping or entertainment. Even the beaches of Siesta Key are less than 25 minutes away under normal traffic conditions.
