The history of Rivetta dates back to 2015, when nine residential lots were platted in a quiet section of the Ridge Wood Heights district of Sarasota for the purpose of developing a new waterfront community. These days, only a couple of lots are available for construction; the rest have been developed with spectacular custom properties valued at more than a million dollars.
Rivetta is located just north of Proctor Road and east of Phillippi Creek. This is a relatively small residential enclave that will soon feature a secure gate for maximum privacy and security. The beaches of Siesta Key are just 15 minutes away, and family-friendly spots such as the Red Bug Slough Preserve and Twin Lakes Park are even closer.
